Hello, fabulous readers! Sara, here. I’m so so excited to share my blog with you this week… I’m just jumping for joy (refer to above).
I know we all hear the same old, same old when it comes to goals for the new year… “healthier eating, more reading, better exercise.” It’s becoming pretty status quo to fall into one of these categories. Well, guilty me, but I’m falling into the health and fitness groove this year and this time around, I’m serious.
I’ve never been much of a health guru, but I really want to strive to be more fit this year. So, helloo?! Of course I need a new look to match the new me, right?
I’m in love with the new workout wear I recently purchased at Tanger.
Okay, cut me some slack, I’m still working on my running form but I’m pretty confident that this maroon makes it look a bit better. 😉 Check out my whole outfit!

All of you know how much I love to shop. I truly believe that if you look your best, you feel your best too. That is no less true when it comes to health and fitness. Splurge on those new cropped leggings or patterned sports bras. Invest in an all-weather jacket or bright yoga mat. Whatever kind of fitness activity you enjoy, treat yo’self! That new outfit will give you a kick of confidence and you’ll be reaching your goals in no time.
Well, I hope my words of wisdom have inspired you to set some fitness goals of your own. But remember, it’s never too late to start. Find the right routine for you and get moving!
