In true end-of-year fashion, Christmas and New Years blew by in the blink of an eye. Now that the holiday season is behind us, it’s time to start thinking about the winter months and dressing the kids for all those fun, frosty outdoor activities.
My family put our Tanger gift cards (thanks, Santa!) to good use and went shopping for new outerwear recently.
We had such success finding kid-friendly, and more importantly, kid-approved, outerwear that I thought I’d share some of our favorites with you.
Check out this totally adorable faux fur jacket from H&M!
I’m not going to lie. If this came in my size, I would totally wear it!
My little girl loves this jacket so much that she wears it around the house. And let’s face it, that’s a rarity in the realm of motherhood because getting the kids to put their coats on is one thing…getting them to KEEP their coats on for more than five minutes is another story.
We also found this precious padded jacket at H&M for more of her everyday outerwear.
I’m absolutely crushing on the woodsman plaid trend for little boys right now. We found this cuddle-worthy cold weather pram at Carter’s.
I’ve found that with boys, it’s easier to layer them with pieces that are more functional and allow for lots of movement. They’re more likely to keep them on this way.
These 2-in-1 jackets from Gap Factory are PERFECT for rambunctious little guys.
Just don’t forget the thermal under layers!
There’s no need for cabin fever this winter, Mommas. Bundle up your littles in these cozy styles and find some fun activities for the family to get into!
