Staying fit on-the-go can be a tough task nowadays. It seems like half the time we can hardly catch a break between the 9-5, after work happy hours and weekend plans to squeeze in with family and friends.
I’m putting together a hit list of ideas (to hold myself accountable as well) of quick and easy workouts and ways to keep your health top of mind. And the best thing, none of these to-do’s take much time at all!
A workout does not always have to involve a trip to the gym. We all know that can oftentimes requires a 2-hour window when you factor in the round trip. Use your home or outdoor spaces to your advantage! Pick up a Yoga mat and stretch it out on the living room floor or use your stairs for push ups. The at-home options are endless!
Use Your Tools
Did you pencil in time for a workout and are now thinking, “now what?” Don’t lose hope just yet! There are so many great workout apps out there. Sworkit is one of the best I hear. Download an at-home workout or a machine circuit for the gym and ensure that works for YOU. We all move at our own pace…. and remember, doing something is better than doing nothing.
Look The Part

I love these sporty, patterned leggings and the lightweight fabric gives you added coolness while you work out. Simply pair with a breezy white tee or tank and you’ll be as stylish and motivated as ever.
You never need an excuse for new kicks, but starting a new workout regime seems like a reasonable one to me!
Now get out there and start moving! It is so important to keep your health in check. I know we all fall victim to not following through with our workout routines at times, but hopefully my tips will get you inspired to gear up.
