Each month, we’ll be putting one of our #TangerHeroes in the spotlight to give just a small peek into the hard work of our incredible people. This month, we’re highlighting Cynthia Tooley!
A little over two years ago, we opened our center in Southaven, Mississippi, right by Memphis. Cynthia has been with the Southaven team since the day we opened and is an invaluable part of our team. If you’ve ever stopped by the Shopper Services office, you’ve likely been greeted by her wide smile.
Somehow, Cynthia is actually able to surpass a mark of 100% percent on some of our internal goals (trust us, it’s possible). Not only that, she is constantly looking for ways to help her teammates get to 100%, themselves (or at least close to it).
With that kind of skill, you know that Cynthia is one of the best at helping our shoppers find the absolute BEST deals when they come to shop. Come by and visit her this weekend, and she may even be able to help you find the best way to spend that free gift card…
