#3 Spend Time with Those You Love Most
Schedule weekly or monthly get-togethers in person or, if distance keeps you apart, plan virtual gatherings to stay close to those you love most.
#4 Get Organized
Create a place for everything and keep everything in its place. It’s an old adage, but one that simply makes sense. Contain your clutter in bins, baskets and boxes that look sharp and keep you organized.
#5 Schedule “Me Time”
Make a plan for weekly or monthly time for yourself. Plan a spa day, a trip to a museum, a walk in the park or whatever makes you happy.

To make sure you get a great night’s sleep, stick to the same sleep schedule each night, even on weekends, and furnish your bedroom with bedding that’s comfortable and supportive.

Even on the roughest days, there’s always something to be thankful for. Make it a point to take a minute each day to think of things you’re grateful for. Write your thoughts in a journal and review them at the end of the year—or whenever you need a pick-me-up.
